Sabor Brasil was born in October 2023 as a welcoming refuge that revives the history and essence of Brazil. We, Leonardo Lemos and Marcel Lins, combined our experiences—I as a waiter and he as a chef—to create a space that is more than just a restaurant: it is an invitation to feel at home with friends, surrounded by authentic Brazilian flavors. After two challenging years, with great dedication, we achieved a successful formula. Our menu reflects a variety of dishes that bring the comfort of Brazilian cuisine: baião de dois with picanha or pork belly, Picanha Prime, breaded shrimp, fried cassava, and mix barbecue and so on —a diversity that truly takes you on a journey through Brazilian taste.
